Great book

This is a great book i read a week ago and have been listening to the audio’s i was shocked to see I lost 7lbs as I was never starving and usually to loose weight Id starve myself, I got a big burger and chips usually leaving half on my plate would upset me and eating this would make me feel guilty but i really enjoyed it and stoped when I was full, I got into bad habits while working from home usually in the office i would go to canteen on my break but being at home i was eating at my desk now im taking my breaks to eat away from my computer and learning to stop when Im fall and taking the breaks i feel more productive. thanks again Paul for your great work :)
