While construction workers Dave McCormick and Stanley Rutthers are trying to solve who is behind the sabotage and altered blueprints, a group of local housewives are drawn into the growing mystery when they learn of the suspicions against the municipal planner because of his wife's involvement in their acts of frustrated vandalism against the Garden Grove site. Determined to prove him innocent, they uncover a new secret, one that brings Garden Grove deeper into a new mystery connecting all the suspects.

The mystery deepens with the discovery of old human remains that have their own dark past, which were recently planted at the jobsite.
