In Fort Wayne, Brett Woods was married to Dorin and his life was miserable. His only savior was reoccurring dreams of falling in love with Meredith Whitestone in 1918. But that was only a dream and reality always came back to haunt him. Then he got a break and went alone on a business trip down to Columbus. While down there he met Corrie Matherson and immediately became smitten. Then while he spent time with Corrie, he discovered that they both were lovers in a past life. A past life in 1918. But his wife Dorin was still a hindrance for Brett living a wonderful life.
