The Meaty Middle
‘Gwendy’s Magic Feather’ is the meaty middle of a trilogy.
It is written solely by Richard Chizman this time.
I was a little sceptical about Chizman going solo on Stephen King’s creation, namely the town of Castle Rock.
I needn’t have worried; the story continues and flows wonderfully from the first novella.
Chizman’s writing style is not for everyone, but you get used to it, nevertheless.
Recommended, overall.
