Healing any Trauma Memory

The past didn't happen to the person we are today.  It happened to a younger version of us, and we carry the memory of what happened to them and Sympathy pains for them, as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through.

 But they suffered, endured and survived it; they did;  we just carry sympathy pains for them, it didn't happen to us, its none of our business!

This is why we are unable to process the event, no matter how many therapists, therapies and medications we try.

 We are all out of our depth. 

No we must find a way to give the past back to it's rightful owner in a safe and non intrusive manner.
