This work can be considered a pioneering essay by the author in the field of transpersonal history. The attempt was made to compare and contrast three deep esoteric systems, Kabbalah, Sufism, and Christian mysticism in the tradition of Ramon Lull, and to examine something of their historical origins in the context of the Andalusian miracle of the convivencia of cultures which took place in Mediaeval Spain.
