Ickes v. Brimhall

Action by Harold L. Ickes against Willard Brimhall, administrator of the estate of Frank W. Allen, deceased, for the wrongful death of plaintiffs wife from injuries sustained while riding in an automobile operated as a public conveyance. Judgment of dismissal after defendants demurrer was sustained, and plaintiff appeals.
