J. Brodie & Son v. George A. Fuller

Action in the district court for Anoka county to foreclose a mechanics lien of $3,498.63 against defendant Better Builders, Inc. After findings, Leonard Keyes, Judge, that the defendant named was indebted to plaintiff in the sum of $2,136.93 and that plaintiffs lien was superior to the mortgage liens of defendant Northwestern Federal Savings & Loan Association, the latter appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
