James Nisbet v. Billy Jarrell Watson

A dedication of Protective Covenants executed and placed on record by the owner of a subdivision, from which lots are sold, becomes an agreement between said owner and the purchasers of lots and when such agreement is plain and unambiguous it will be applied, not construed.
