I once heard a preacher—a pastor to thousands of people—say that he was not sure that he would make it to heaven, apparently because he was not worthy.
Many Christians seem to believe that they are not worthy enough to make it to heaven. They want to “work out their own salvation.”
If the finished work of our Lord Jesus does not make us worthy to stand in His presence, then Christianity is a farce.
I contend that the Bible has declared us not only righteous, but worthy, holy, and blameless before Him. We are His righteousness.
I invite you to come on a journey to examine these things and to stand with me in awe of the mighty plan of redemption wrought by our matchless Lord on our behalf.
