Sharvil Vasudevan was moving on with his life in Varanasi when he finds about someone's death, he knew in his past. He confirms the grief news about Anaiyesha Siddhiqui with Junaid Ahmed which triggers Schizophrenia.

Junaid says he attended her funeral and took her diaries in his possessions. Sharvil recalls that he had seen them once when he visited Anaiyesha's home when she was suffering from jaundice. He sends him the journals and the Schizophrenia prevails.
