Nine Little Lions of Lebala

Nine Little Lions of Lebala is a children’s story based on an encounter with a pride of lions in the Linyanti region of Botswana. The authors sat with and photographed this lion pride over a full day in June 2016. Apart from a little anthropomorphising in the text, the behaviour described is true to the event and the images depict the encounter as it occurred.
