Thousands of lives in Normandy rests on the shoulders of a bunch of renegades…but can they prove their worth?

June 1944: B Squadron of the 1st SAS are awaiting new orders in Britain having returned from North Africa. But Allied command are unsure on how to use the rag-tag bunch of skilled fighters in Europe, if they have any use at all.

But with the prospect of a huge Allied invasion in Normandy, the Special Air Service are called in to disrupt and harass the enemy in way that they can.

Captain John Hayes, commander of 'B' Squadron, must establish a firm footing in central France, whilst also ensuring that the French resistance fighters around him are ready to fight. But with infighting and the Germans to contend with, how can anything he learnt in North Africa prepare him for what is to come?

With a German garrison quite literally down the road, B Squadron are fighting for their lives, but also their existence.
