Quarantinis on the Balcony

When COVID-19 left Michelle quarantined in her apartment in Abu Dhabi she had an idea to post photos of her daily quarantini on social media, along with photos taken from her balcony. Quarantinis on the Balcony is a compilation of recipes and short stories coupled with photos taken during the nearly 2 months of being quarantined. The book was put together when her friends and family encouraged her to share her experiences.
