Queer Story is an illustrated exploration of the history of LGBTQ+ people in Britain. It is a journey that starts in the Roman Empire and brings us to the present day, telling the tale of our community with respect to those who came before us. 

 

Queer Story invites readers to indulge in the rich tapestry of queer history and learn of the ways we’ve been silenced and suppressed, and how a community of unlikely heroes fought back, changing the course of history for generations to come. Queer Story is about changes to our civil rights and the people that stood against injustice.
