Trials and adversities comes to all of us at some time, in some way, shape or fashion. Some of them can’t be prepared for, they are just there; in your face with no introduction! In the scriptures, Job states, “Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble” -Job 14:1. You can believe however that in every trouble God will be there, walking you through it, growing you through it, maturing you through it, and helping you to see the bigger picture in life. 


This book reveals how God showed up in the life of a young man attempting to find himself and his purpose. It goes to show to trust God when it appears that there is no way out, and to discern those that God placed in your life to help you rise above the negative circumstances. Often times, life’s ‘circumstances’ have very little to do with you, but are situational, at best. You find that the battle is always God’s as you rely upon Him for the victory that only He can provide.


Founder and Senior Pastor of Rise Above It Family Church, Dr. Warren B. Jackson is being used to encourage the masses through the principles of the Word of God. Through these principles, Dr. Jackson equips many to Rise Above the negative circumstances, environments, and past history that may have hindered them from moving forward. He has a committed resolve in helping families and individuals achieve their goals and dreams, regardless of the hardships faced in life, through the Good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In addition to His ministerial work, Dr. Jackson is a husband, and father of three grown children, Peter, Emmanuel, Anthony.
