Rising Tides Screenplay

The screenplay is based on the published novel Rising Tides: The Second of the Warm World Mysteries. The detective Buck Jaspers is hired to prove that a drowning of the manager of the Blue Flamingo Apartments is not an accident as the police believe but is a murder. Buck and his operatives go to work, looking at all suspects who had a motive for killing the manager and an opportunity. What Buck discovers is plenty of suspects but only a small window of opportunity. Which suspect can he squeeze into that small window?
