JACKSON, Judge: Salt Lake City Corporation (City) petitions for review of the Salt Lake City Civil Service Commission's (Commission) order vacating Salt Lake City Police Chief Ruben Ortega's (Chief) suspension of Officer Louis A.W. Jones. 1 Specifically, the City argues the Commission incorrectly vacated the Chief's modification of his original discipline for Officer Jones. Having determined the Commission did not exceed its statutory authority, we affirm.
