Scientific and Statistical Database Management

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Scientific and Statistical Database Management, SSDBM 2011, held in Portland, OR, USA, in July 2011. The 26 long and 12 short papers presented together with 15 posters were carefully reviewed and selected from 80 submissions.
