Seventeen Weeks

Kayleigh Sanderson has come along way in her short life time. From a troubled childhood and adolescence that resulted in imprisonment for manslaughter through rehabilitation, eventually arriving at Overseas Support and Development. From there she grows as a person finding herself as a Teaching Assistant at Kiandru in Kenya. Even then, despite more trauma she continues to grow and in a relatively short time finds herself Zone Director for East Africa.

There is however unfinished business at Kiandru. She had fallen in love with a child there, Aziza and decided to seek adoption. This is the story of her residence in Kenya, a time of happiness as well as some more traumas. The question is will the Courts allow her to adopt Aziza.
