The holidays are cancelled. A Christmas Eve robbery just turned into a high-stakes hostage situation.

Seventeen-year-old Lizzie is an underpaid intern for a private investigator, and her twin sister, Samantha, is a nosy reporter trying to survive the holiday. Neither expected to spend their Christmas Eve trapped inside a local mall.
