About the Author

Lisa is an moving poet who has a deep insight into spirituality and new world, holistic thinking. Born and bought up in London, she now lives in the backpackers' paradise of Goa in India where she runs a vegan and health-food restaurant with her chef partner. Lisa is a passionate advocate of holistic treatments and alternative healing and an expert on yoga.
