Metaphorically, six insolvent Davids, who have endured the struggle of survival most of their lives, and who have had their dreams shattered, choose to take on the most powerful adversary at their disposal.

Likewise metaphorical, these untested Slingshots—a half-dozen flawed, yet determined and droll characters—confront their symbolic and technological Goliath with blundering boldness and charm in one impossible, miraculous undertaking beyond their comprehension and abilities using only their imaginations and unsophisticated instruments.
