I have found a lifestyle that suits my whole family perfectly. Our family, we love the snack break. We want to treat us all the good things in life the right way, with quality ingredients.


I live at a lovely little farm set in the Swedish countryside with my family.

Do as we did, throw out all that junk food, and start from scratch. Make my lovely healthy snack recipes, and treat yourself to coffee several times every day. 


My goal with this book is to show anyone who is curious how simple, good and easy it is to enjoy their coffee every day. You will be more beautiful in the bargain. That I can promise.
