Happiness is often seen as elusive or unattainable. Much of our suffering comes from distancing ourselves from the world around us, from living only in the past or future and from failing to see and accept reality as it plays out in the present moment.

Frank Navratil through his collection of poems explores the themes of separation, delusion and uncertainty that plague us all in this hectic modern world, while offering hope, compassion, peace and enlightenment to those of us who find ourselves at times lost or stranded.
