Eminent scientist Dr. Elgin Woo, famous for hypothesizing that the voidoids may be necessary for the functioning of the universe, could help, but he has gone missing. Instead, Maryam Ebadi, Woo's colleague on Luna Station, joins Sun Wolf on its dangerous mission. Though the prose is sometimes jargon-heavy, Jeffrey's obvious passion for hard science shines through his immersive worldbuilding, which incorporates a diverse cast, espionage, quantum physics, and epic space battles. This well-plotted sci-fi thriller recaptures the feel of the first book and is sure to delight fans. (Self-published)
