The Case of the Tangled Tinsel

Oh no! The tinsel is tangled!

The Merry and Bright Detective Agency is on the case again. 

This time, someone has tangled all the tinsel that's supposed to hang from Santa's Christmas Tree in the village square. Who could have done such a thing? And why?

Merry searches for clues while her brother, Bright, takes his pictures. Will the jingle bells lead them to the culprit again?
