Fear itself has leathery wings, a black tongue, and breathes a gas that instils dread.

As these dark beings gather strength, Elina enters a battle that reaches beyond imagination and into the human soul. 

The Empty Danger is the first release from The Book of Exquisite Corpse, a collection of stories inspired by the surrealist word game of the same name. Written during the first lockdown in 2020, this novella is a visionary fantasy of courage, empathy and inner transformation.
