A freight train shouldn’t have secrets.

When veteran engineer Lucas Trent takes control of Freight 209, it’s supposed to be just another long-haul run across empty country. Heavy load. Tight schedule. Nothing unusual.

Until he notices what doesn’t add up.

Six unmarked containers.
Missing manifest pages.
A corporate liaison who answers nothing.
And something inside the train that shouldn’t be there.

As the miles roll on and the desert gives way to darkness, small irregularities turn into something far more dangerous. Communications are compromised. Equipment goes missing. And somewhere deep in the consist, something - or someone - is trying to be heard.

Out here, there’s nowhere to stop. Nowhere to run. And no one coming to help.
