Paige Toon’s Inside Story: "This one was a really tricky one to write, because I was writing from the different perspectives of triplets. I had this idea: what if a guy moved in next door and they all liked him? What if you are madly, desperately, deeply in love with the man that your sister is supposed to be marrying? Once your sister's been with this man, you can't have him, even if you are actually soul mates. I found that really intriguing. That’s the crazy, idiotic sort of thing that goes through my brain! I also weaved in a massive twist that readers had no idea about until it happened—and everyone wrote to me about it afterwards. Pulling that twist off in this novel is one of my biggest achievements.”
