When former National Security Agency operative Tom Black rescues Beth Andrews from a ruthless killer on the summit of Grand Teton, little does he know that he has met his match in a fearless and capable woman. Black had made several memorable mountaineering rescues by the simple fact of being the man on the spot, but with Beth at his side, the frequency and the risks of such adventures just seem to multiply. While engaging in a series of mountaineering and cycling trips, they uncover a case of domestic eco-terrorism that nearly results in their deaths.
