Not what I expected
I tried reading this novel because I enjoyed the movie, ‘The Innocence’, when I was a kid. I would have loved to push on through, but, there was one thing that stopped me reading on - the sentences are too bloody long!!! I can’t stand an author that can make 80 word sentences using comas. By the time you get to the end of the sentence, you forever how it started.
