Publisher Description

How a South Carolina young lady inherits her Great Grandfather's ship building and ship breaking business. And the twists and turns that Amanda overcomes throughout the story. The story began as what I thought would be a poem, but ended up as a novella. It has been a great opportunity to research a number of topics about India and trains and their general level of shipping industries. As well it is a very controversial subject. This whole shipping industry in it's entirety. My characters are mostly fictitious but bear some resemblance to people in actual industries. The trains are a common theme and mode of transportation throughout the story. I hope you enjoy your read! See my other book, The Hemp Baroness, dealing with the cotton and hemp industries.
