Journalist Ellie O'Brien dreams off using her words for good. Instead, she sold her soul to make big bucks writing gossipy tabloid stories to pay her grandmother's hospital bills. Just before her granny passed away, Ellie promised she would pursue her dream of writing factual stories that made a difference. After accepting a job in a delightful small town, she sets out to capture beautiful moments of compassion. Unfortunately, many townsfolks resent her positive outlook and local veterinarian Clay Owens makes it clear he detests all reporters.  This is a story of recovering long lost dreams, forgiveness, and the hope of doing our part in making this world a better place.
