Publisher Description

Bible translations into Welsh have existed since at least the 15th century, but the most widely used translation of the Bible into Welsh for several centuries was the 1588 translation by William Morgan, as revised in 1620.

Three hundred and fifty years have passed since the whole Bible was translated into Welsh, and this booklet, which relates for the benefit of the children of Wales the simple story of the translation and its influence, is intended as a tribute to the memory of the men who laboured at it.
