Charming

A collection of four or so short stories. I found all of them charming, each in a somewhat different way (except maybe the one about the immigrant, which I found kind of pointless and dull).
1. Cinderella-- a hotel holds a party, mingling lower classes and some more distinguished guests. Has very little to do with the fairytale.
2. Ms Delamar's Understudy-- a man decided to practice being married by pretending a portrait is his wife. Oddly funny.
3. Italian immigrant story whose name I don't remember-- didn't really enjoy this one
4. The journalist who became a king-- also quite funny.
