This book is highlighting some very specific features of Jain cosmology and history. Like, the fact that them and the Buddhists either share a common root, or developed in similar circumstances, in close temporal proximity with Jainism being somewhat earlier. Interestingly, they both claim to be founded by princes from Ayodhya.

These US fellow has to first understand about Jainism then write

I would have given a zero star rating to this book. Firstly, it’s not Jainas, it’s ‘Jains’.
Secondly, there are incorrect spellings of our Tirthankars and many other things.
Most if the information mentioned is misleading and false and is nit researched properly. I request the author to withdraw and research again and then publish such books or else better not to spread misinformation in the name of someone else’s religion.
Don’t write anything.
First Research properly and then write. Remove this edition of yours, it doesn’t have the correct and proper information.
