Black Hat Roy

This story is a snapshot of a man’s life. It is the tale of some of the highs and lows of Claude Vincent’s long existance while being this side of the grass.

Within these pages Claude meets with a sinister stranger named ‘Black Hat Roy’ who challenges him to a game of chess. As their battle on the chessboard
progresses, Claude in his mind’s eye revisits his past life.

Claude’s life story includes travel, adventure, hard won gains, loses, and romance.
It is a tale that concludes with message of advice that we all may well consider.
