From 1977, Abraham Zaleznik examines the different ways organizations should train their managers and their leaders. From 1998, Daniel Goleman's article that introduced emotional intelligence. And, finally, from 2000, Michael Maccoby's article about the pros and cons of narcissistic leaders.
