The Dogs That Saved Me

'A lot of people love us, a lot of people hate us, and that will probably never change. But they do know who we are.'

When Adam Spivey first became obsessed with training his dog Sammie, he never would have guessed he would one day be at the helm of the world's leading online dog training community. From helping neighbours for mates' rates to drawing a crowd at Crufts, Adam has built his empire one pup at a time.

But with success comes pressure - soon Adam found himself falling into depression and addiction at the pressure of his greatest dream coming true. It was the dogs; always the dogs that brought him back to who he was. From gentle giant Honey to scrappy Arnold, join Adam on his journey through love, loss, life and dogs.
