A local Medical Doctor is studying the body of his dead wife to find a cure for cancer. With failed studies from the late 20th Century, Dr. Stephen Harper believe that the cell from his wife will give them some answers to the cure. But when a terrorist group plans to kidnap the local doctor and forces him to create a bio weapon that they plan to launch on the United States of America.
