Growing up on 112th and St. Clair had been hard but somehow Shae had survived it. Being the daughter of one of Cleveland's most notorious drug dealers was a major part of that survival. Now that Shae was all grown up and her father was gone, life was different. Shae and her brother Malone were running the family business and doing well for themselves. Malone had always been there for Shae. He was overprotective and bossy but Shae dealt with it because she loved him.
When she meets Dee, all of that changes. He's a hustler that took over the neighborhood after her father was killed. Malone doesn't like him and Shae doesn't care. Dee introduces her to his world and Shae instantly gets caught up.
When rumors about Dee having something to do with her father's murder begin to surface, Shae decides to investigate. Her love for Dee clouds her judgment but her family loyalty is still strong. Once again big brother Malone has to step in and save her from herself but this time he may be too late.
