Cina v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Per Curiam: Petitioner, Stefan Cina, appeals the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals which affirmed the order of the immigration Judge ordering his deportation, pursuant to Section 241(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM.
