Cycle of Suffering

A hundred people every year fall into a near-death state with no rhyme or reason to it. Rosanna searches for the reason why and ends up in a dimension where killers and people affected by tragedy attack her. She must play by the dimension's rules to escape or else she could be trapped in this sadistic game forever or until she surrenders her soul to it.
