And that person is Niles Caprioli. she tried to make the wine better but no when she was not having a breakthrough with her experiment until something was at stake.

Niles Dionysus Caprioli was enjoying his time to be the most demanding sommelier in the world right now. But something was calling him to settle in his hometown, Sicily, Italy. Then he was asked by his childhood friend to look over her company for a month. So, he took the offer to see how she would deal with him later.
