INTRODUCTION The objective of this study was to perform an economic evaluation of voriconazole (VFEND[R]) and caspofungin (CANCIDAS[R]) according to the treatment patterns of invasive aspergillosis, in order to identify, from the perspective of the National Health System (RIZIV/INAMI), the most cost-minimizing alternative for use in routine clinical practice.
