Epecuen

Katti Borré, an Belgian photographer living in Argentina, has documented the town of Mar de Epecuén in the province of Buenos Aires. Due to natural forces and human error the town has been flooded for 30 years. Only recently it has reappeared leaving nothing but ruins.
