Persephone, Goddess of Spring and Growth lounges on her patio overlooking her garden in the underworld, tasting a grape and feels only disappointment. Ripe, yes. Bland, also yes.

No one in the world above cares about the growing of the world. They sit in their little boxes looking at tiny screens, eating tasteless food. Not caring for the world around them.

And without their care, Persephone sees no reason for her own.
