After the battle for the Alpha leadership, a newcomer has come into the pack at its weakest point and attempts a coup. He is successful in banishing Alexis until she discovers an ancient secret: the Fire Trial and the Lightening Trial. With her loyal friends from her pack, she must master two trials this time in order to take back her rightful place and cast out the newcomer and her father that has been supporting him. The Fire Trial is what killed the ancient Alpha, now Alexis must prove herself worthy enough if she is has any chance of surviving it.
