1 This case arose after James R. Fenwick (Claimant) sought workers compensation for permanent partial disability. The Workers Compensation Court found that Claimant had not suffered an accidental injury. The Oklahoma Court of Appeals reversed the Workers Compensation Court, and this Court granted the Petition for Writ of Certiorari. The issue on appeal is whether the claimants mental stress, which arose out of an isolated incident, without any accompanying physical injury is compensable under the Workers Compensation Act. We find that it is not.
